Christmas time.....we can all get overwhelmed with parties, shopping and all the commercialized things we are bombarded by.  As I sit typing this from a hospital room, (a few days ago) I am reminded of all the things to be thankful for.  First and foremost..... the reason we have Christmas is because CHRIST came to be our Lord and savior, to pay the penalty for our sins.  In that belief,  My life and story comes from.  It stems from his goodness to me.  This year has not been a seamless year of joy and laughter, but of His faithfulness abounds in every turn.   We entered into another adoption process April 1 and on Sept 19 we were united with our seventh child. Yes, a mere five months. Every financial need (from clothes for him & plane tickets to agency & orphanage fees) was met at just the right time, confirming this was from the Lord.  The more we give of ourselves, the more He provides.  The more selfless we are, the more at peace you become, no matter what hardship we face.
